Kate Polles

Kate Polles has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kate currently serves as a Customer Success Consultant at PeopleBench, where they focus on providing school leaders with a positive and comprehensive onboarding experience to help them maximize the benefits of the PeopleBench platform.

Prior to this role, Kate worked at Brisbane Catholic Education, where they held two positions. As a Recruitment Officer, they were responsible for managing recruitment and appointment processes for a range of roles across different schools. In their second role as a Recruitment Officer - Talent Attraction, Kate was in charge of engaging and recruiting Graduate Teachers for the centralised annual Graduate Teacher program, and they also played a role in coordinating BCE's orientation programs for new staff members.
