Louise Zimmerman

Louise Zimmerman is an experienced strategy consultant currently working with PeopleBench, Zimmerman Consulting, and Bright People since 2022. Prior to these roles, Louise held various prominent positions at Rio Tinto from 2005 to 2021, focusing on people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and talent strategy. Louise also served as Group Learning Manager at Virgin Australia and worked as a Business Consultant at Accenture for nearly nine years, beginning in 1995.
