Claudio Restaino

Claudio Restaino is an accomplished IT professional with a diverse background in teaching, consultancy, and project management. Currently serving as a PC Ambassador for ITIL & PRINCE2 at PeopleCert since March 2024, Claudio has been the Director of Professional Services at BITIL.COM since February 2007, providing training on ITIL methodologies and Agile project management to esteemed organizations such as CORTE DEI CONTI and POSTE ITALIANE. In addition to extensive engagement with several academic institutions, including the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland and Fenice Green Energy Park, Claudio has assumed roles as an Adjunct Professor and Subject Matter Expert for multiple organizations, such as AXELOS Global Best Practice and APMG International. Claudio holds a Master’s degree in Business Process Innovation from Università degli Studi di Milano and possesses a solid foundation in information technology management, making significant contributions to the fields of service management and cybersecurity.
