Nicholas Stratis

Nicholas Stratis is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various roles in the HR sector. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at PeopleCert since June 2024, Nicholas previously held the position of Group HR Section Manager at Intracom Telecom from July 2018 to June 2024. In this role, responsibilities included managing recruitment on a Group level across multiple countries. Prior to that, Nicholas was the HR Analytics & Reward Manager at Upstream, overseeing reward structures and HR data analysis. Additional experience includes leadership positions in compensation and benefits consulting at Zeler & Company - Towers Watson DS Greece, along with executive search responsibilities at SpenglerFox Hellas and Stanton Chase International. Nicholas holds a Master's Degree in Information Systems Management from Bournemouth University and a BSc in Management Sciences from Lancaster University.
