MTI Fernando Jiménez is an accomplished ITIL Expert, Scrum Master, and Agile & DevOps Brand Ambassador at PeopleCert since June 2022. With extensive experience in education and coaching, Fernando serves as a professor at Universidad Iberoamericana and has been an instructor and coach at GeniusIT Training since October 2016. Previously, Fernando held significant roles in various organizations, including Vice President Agile Enterprise Coach at Citibanamex, Agile Coach at Xpertal Global Services, and Service Transition Manager at NTT DATA Services.
