Becca Flores

Rebecca Flores is an experienced UX Researcher and Customer Insights Manager currently working at PeopleConnect since May 2023. Previously, Rebecca held roles as a User Researcher at Affirm, a UX Researcher at Fast, and a UX Researcher at Google via Adecco, accumulating extensive expertise in user experience and research methodologies. Earlier experience includes a position as a CXD Research Intern at McAfee and research roles at California State University, Sacramento, where involvement in the Sports Psychology and Neuroscience Psychology Laboratories took place. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Factors & Ergonomics from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Sacramento. Additionally, Rebecca has a background in mentoring and supporting students in their academic pursuits while studying at California State University, Sacramento.
