Andy Rogers

Andy Rogers is an experienced software engineering professional with a diverse background in management and development across several organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Software Engineering at Peoplefluent since July 2010, Andy leads the Learning Management team. Prior to this role, Andy was a Principal Software Engineer at Authoria, where a complete overhaul of the applicant tracking system was executed. Earlier experience includes positions as a Senior Software Engineer at Perceptant Inc, focusing on Enterprise Business Intelligence products, and as a Principal Software Engineer at BroadVision, leading a team to create a role-based XML content management application. Andy also founded Espresso Software Ltd, developing and marketing a website generator for the realtor sector, and has held lead engineering roles at Perfect Information and Dun & Bradstreet, where systems architecture and project management were key responsibilities.
