James Sanders

James Sanders has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. James started their career at Tom Thumb in 1987, working in a support role until 2000. From 2001 to 2003, they worked as a Customer Support Engineer at 2ndWave. In 2003, they worked at TorchQuest as an Information Technology professional for a year. James also owned SnK Computer Services from 2003 to 2008. From 2003 to 2006, they were a Senior Support Engineer at Hire.com. James then joined Authoria in 2006 as a Systems Administrator until 2010. At Peopleclick Authoria, they served as a Systems Administrator from 2010 to 2011 and later became a Talent Management Operations Manager. James joined PeopleFluent in 2019, initially working as a Manager of Talent Management Operations, and presently holds the position of Sr. Director of Hosting Operations.

James Sanders attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 1988 to 1990, studying architecture. James has also obtained additional certifications, including "Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) Cert Prep (2022): 4 Incident Management" and "Learning the OWASP Top 10," both from LinkedIn.
