Lori Smith

Lori Smith, VP of Customer Success, is responsible for the global account management team - our customers' primary point-of-contact ensuring they receive the best value possible to meet their business needs. Lori has more than 15 years of experience working with clients in the talent acquisition, management and learning software industry. She has held a number of leadership and individual contributors roles at PeopleFluent within Presales, Product Management and Services teams.

As a former L&D practitioner, Lori has worked directly for various organizations across multiple industries to leverage HR technologies to improve business results. Lori holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Lakeland College. She is based in Milwaukee, WI.
