Rebecca Davies

Rebecca Davies has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Rebecca started their career as a Research Assistant at the Center for Urban Research and Policy in 2008. Subsequently, they worked as a Legislative Assistant at the Oregon Senate in 2013 and as a Community Associate at the NYC Department of Parks & Recreation in 2011. Rebecca then joined Computers for Youth as a Program Coordinator in 2010, where they tracked and analyzed participant data and managed program logistics in low-income neighborhoods.

In 2014, Rebecca transitioned to the technology sector and joined Thetus Corporation as a Product Owner/Interim Release Manager/Product Analyst. Rebecca was responsible for managing product ownership, release management, and product analysis until 2015.

Rebecca joined the University of Colorado Boulder as a Research Assistant in 2015 and worked in the Geography department until 2017. During this time, they acquired skills in statistical analysis and research.

In 2017, Rebecca worked briefly as a Statistical Analyst (Temp.) at Boulder County's Transportation Department. Their responsibilities included analyzing transportation data.

From 2018 until the present, Rebecca has been working at PeopleForBikes. Rebecca started as a Bicycle Infrastructure Data Analyst, responsible for drafting product roadmaps, designing improvements, and managing relationships with contractors. Rebecca is currently serving as the City Ratings Program Director.

Rebecca Davies obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Geography from the University of Colorado Boulder, which they completed from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a B.A. degree in Urban Studies and Environmental Science from Columbia University between 2007 and 2010. Rebecca also attended Williams College from 2005 to 2006, although the specific degree and field of study are not provided. Rebecca completed their high school education at Catlin Gabel, where they received a H.S. Diploma from 2001 to 2005.
