Shalini Thapar

Shalini Thapar has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of HR and talent acquisition. Shalini currently holds the position of Vice President Operations (Tech & NON Tech Hiring) at Peoplefy, a role they have been in since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Assistant Vice President - Technology & Corp Hiring at Peoplefy from June 2017 to December 2021.

Before joining Peoplefy, Shalini worked at Executive81 HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as the Head Deliveries from February 2015 to June 2017. In this role, they were responsible for heading the operations, scaling the organization, and setting up delivery teams in various verticals.

From May 2013 to February 2015, Shalini served as the Leadership Hiring Lead at SLK Global BPO Services Pvt Ltd. Shalini had responsibilities for end-to-end recruitment, managing hiring for lateral and leadership positions across multiple locations in India and the US.
