Anil Kumar Wunthakal

Anil Kumar Wunthakal has a strong background in information security and has worked in various roles throughout their career. Anil Kumar is currently serving as the Information Security Lead at PeopleGrove since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior IT GRC Analyst at Micron Technology from November 2020 to September 2022. Anil Kumar also held the position of Information Security Manager at Phenom People from October 2019 to October 2020. Before that, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Deloitte India from June 2018 to October 2019. Anil has experience as an Information Security Analyst at Prolifics from August 2016 to June 2018. Anil Kumar also worked as an Executive - PMG (ISMG) at ValueLabs from December 2015 to August 2016. Anil's earlier experience includes working as an Information Security Engineer at DST IT Services from July 2013 to December 2015, where they gained hands-on experience in various areas of information security such as business continuity planning, ISO 27001 implementation, information security controls implementation, and penetration testing.

Anil Kumar Wunthakal obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from GITAM University in 2012. Anil Kumar then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Project Management from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education between 2013 and 2015. Prior to their university education, they completed their high school education at SKM Memorial Junior College, specializing in Maths, Physics & Chemistry, from 2006 to 2008. Anil Kumar also attended Deepti High School from 1995 to 2006 for their initial high school education. Anil Kumar Wunthakal has additional certifications as an ISO 27001:2013 Lead Auditor and a certified lead implementer in BS 10012:2017.
