Martha Sichone-Sikasula is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and governance. Currently serving as a Board Committee Member for Transparency International Zambia, Martha holds multiple committee positions, including Chairperson of the Members Welfare Committee. As Head of Human Resources at Unifi ZM and a Partner at peopleHum, Martha specializes in providing HR solutions. With prior board experience at ZHECT and Harvest University Zambia, Martha has also worked as a Human Capital Consultant and in various HR roles at notable organizations such as MTN Zambia, MultiChoice Zambia, and Barclays. Martha holds an MBA from Texila American University and several relevant certificates in risk management, project management, and psychosocial counseling, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Psychology from the University of Namibia.
