Al Akin

Al Akin's work experience includes a role as a Senior Systems Engineer at Greenway Health, starting in 2005. Al transitioned the company from an on-premises server client base to a cloud hosted model for access to their EHR software. Al also installed, configured, and managed virtual infrastructure for Citrix and Horizon View and Workspace ONE. Previously, Al served as a Hardware/Technical Support Team Lead at Greenway Health from 2005 to 2009, where they oversaw a team of technical support specialists and performed network and system analysis. Prior to that, they worked as a Hardware/Software Support Specialist at Paragon Total Solutions from 2002 to 2004, providing hardware and software support to end users and resolving network problems.
