Matt Anderson

Matt Anderson, PMP, PMI-ACP, ICP, ICP-APO, SSM has extensive work experience in program management, IT portfolio management, and Agile transformation. Matt is currently serving as the Senior Director of the Enterprise Program Management Office at Greenway Health since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Cerner Corporation for nearly two decades, where they held the position of Director and managed Cerner's internal IT Program Management Office and IT portfolio. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in building two major PMOs and merging PMI best practices with Agile methodologies. Matt was also responsible for driving cross-organizational process improvement, resulting in significant cost savings, and led Cerner's Agile transformation and integration efforts. In addition, Matt has worked as the Results Manager at the Salt Lake Organizing Committee, a Developer at LDS Church, and the Director of Development at Data Management Group (DMG). Matt has been a speaker at numerous global conferences and contributed to publications in the field of Agile and project management.

Matt Anderson earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Utah State University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995.
