Sirisha Tangirala

Sirisha Tangirala has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Sirisha currently holds the position of Senior Director - Talent at Greenway Health, where they have been working since 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Director at the same company.

Before joining Greenway Health, Sirisha worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Advanced from 2017 to 2021. Sirisha also gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Manager at Pixel Care India Pvt. Ltd. from 2015 to 2017 and as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Nightingales Health Care Services, Bangalore (Unit of Medwell Ventures) from 2014 to 2015.

- From 1992 to 1995, they attended Osmania University and earned a B.Sc degree in Applied Nutrition, Chemistry, and Botany.

- Following that, from 1995 to 1996, they studied at the University of Mysore and received a Post Graduate Diploma in Food Analysis & Quality Assurance from DFRL, specializing in Food Technology and Processing.

- Between 1997 and 1999, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in English Language and Literature at Osmania University.

- From 2008 to 2010, Sirisha attended Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and attained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General.

- Lastly, in 2015, they completed a certification course in HR Analytics from the University of Mysore.
