Stephen Janes

Stephen Janes is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in corporate law and litigation. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Greenway Health since July 2019, Stephen has previously held positions as Corporate Counsel, Business and Appellate Attorney at HD Law Partners, and Non-Routine Litigation Attorney at Padgett Law Group. Prior experience includes roles as a Litigation Attorney at Shapiro, Fishman, and Gache, LLP, and Lead Attorney for Business Operations at Oversite Data Services. Stephen Janes earned a Juris Doctor degree with a focus on Commercial Transactions, Property Law, and International Law from Stetson College of Law, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of South Florida.
