Shelayne Clemmer

Shelayne Clemmer currently serves as Chief Compliance Officer at Vericast, a position held since June 2018. Prior to this role, Shelayne held the title of Chief Counsel and Compliance Officer at Harland Clarke from June 2018 to April 2020, supporting integrated payment solutions and marketing services. Previous experience includes Vice President Global Services Americas at NTT Security, where responsibilities included overseeing cyber resilience programs, and practicing as an Attorney at Prichard Hawkins & Young, LLP, focusing on litigation and appellate law. Shelayne also has held corporate counsel roles and clerked for the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Fourth Court of Appeals. Shelayne earned a J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law and a BBA in Accounting and Computer Science from Angelo State University.
