Clara De Marco

Clara De Marco's work experience begins with their role as a Recruitment & Staffing Consultant at Pierpoint International, where they worked from April 2007 to April 2010. Clara then served as a Recruitment Consultant at Cognizant Technology Solutions from April 2010 to September 2010, specializing in attracting SAP talent.

From September 2010 to January 2011, Clara worked as a Sr. Recruiter and HR Business Partner at Atos Origin, where they were responsible for growing the company's Offshore Service Center and staffing projects for clients.

From January 2011 to June 2017, Clara worked at Worldline by Atos, initially as a Senior HR Business Partner and later as a Senior HR Business Partner and Talent Manager. In October 2021, Clara became the VP of Recruiting Operations at Peoplepath.io, responsible for managing all recruiting operations and delivering services to clients. Additionally, they served as the VP of Partnerships & Human Resources at Peoplepath.io from May 2022, working on operational strategies, service line expansion, and innovation in HR practices.

Clara De Marco completed their Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs at Universidad Argentina 'John F. Kennedy' from 2003 to 2008. In 2015, they also attended Universidad Torcuato Di Tella for a short period to pursue a Programa Ejecutivo in Human Resources Business Partner.
