Timothy Liao

Timothy Liao, EIT, currently serves as an Assistant Engineer at Peoples Associates Structural Engineers, where responsibilities include designing gravity and lateral force resisting systems for an 800,000 square foot data center in Los Lunas, NM, utilizing ETABS for beam and column sizing, and coordinating seismic design for ordinary concentric steel braced frames in compliance with ASCE 7-16 and AISC 360-16. Prior experience includes a role as a Lifeguard-Swim Instructor for the City of Campbell, CA, from June 2015 to August 2018. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Structural Engineering with a specialization in Civil Structures from UC San Diego, obtained from September 2018 to June 2022.
