Lynette Klemm, CBA, CFSA, CRP is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in the banking industry. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President, Director of Audit at Peoples Bank, Lynette specializes in Internal Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, and Fraud Investigations. With a background in Sarbanes-Oxley, COSO, FDICIA, and GAAP, Lynette also has expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions and Business Process Analysis and Improvement.
