Mario Montgomery, MBA, RN, currently serves as a Registered Nurse at Advocate Health Care since May 2023. Additionally, Mario has been involved with Peoples Gas since February 2018, performing safety inspections and ensuring the safety of occupants from gas leaks. Previously, Mario worked with the U.S. Small Business Administration as a Field Operations Specialist and Disaster Recovery Specialist from May 2020 to May 2023. Mario’s earlier experience includes serving as a Health Administrator at Physicians Preferred Home Care, where responsibilities included managing urgent schedule changes and training nurses, leading to cost reductions and improved care management. Mario also worked as a Rail Operator/Flagman for the Chicago Transit Authority. Educationally, Mario holds an Associate Degree in Nursing from Rasmussen University, an MBA in Health Services from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Chicago State University, and an Associate of Science in Biology from Prairie State College.
