Allen Mathas

Allen Mathas has over 20 years of work experience in various analytical roles. Allen started their career at UPS in 1992 as a Senior Sales/Marketing Analyst, where they developed volume and revenue forecasts and conducted business-planning presentations. From 1999 to 2002, at Toland Enterprises, they worked as an IT Project Manager/Business Analyst, providing multi-departmental project management and developing sales performance reports. At Laitram Machinery from 2002 to 2004, they served as a Marketing Analyst, managing equipment sales and lease prices. Mathas then joined McKesson Specialty in 2004 as a Business Analyst, responsible for meeting the information needs of internal and external clients. Allen joined Peoples Health in 2008 and held two roles, starting as a Senior Decision Support Analyst, where they analyzed hospital claims and developed cost/revenue variance reports. In 2012, they were promoted to Decision Support Manager, leading a team of data scientists and analysts to turn claims and clinical data into actionable information. Allen mentored and supported the analysts in delivering presentations to management.

Allen Mathas attended Jesuit High School from 1980 to 1984. Allen then went on to the University of New Orleans, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Business, and Accounting from 1984 to 1988. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of New Orleans and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance and Business from 1988 to 1993.
