Naleen Harsha Perera is a seasoned professional in the field of Information Technology with extensive experience in managerial roles. Currently serving as the Deputy Manager - Business System Architect at People's Leasing & Finance PLC since December 2022, Naleen previously held key positions at Orient Finance PLC as Manager - ICT and Bartleet Finance PLC as Sub Manager - ICT. Naleen began a career at OpenArc Systems Management (Pvt) Ltd. as Project Leader. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Information Technology from the University of Colombo School of Computing, ongoing studies in Accounting from AAT Sri Lanka, and diplomas in Information Technology from OpenArc Campus. Naleen's academic journey began at Nalanda College Colombo.
