Randhil Siriwardena

Randhil Siriwardena is the Senior Manager of Factoring at People's Leasing & Finance. Prior to their current position, Randhil was the Head of Factoring at Sampath Leasing & Factoring Ltd from November 2012 to October 2015. Randhil has also worked as a Manager NL Operations at Nations Trust Bank PLC from January 2007 to December 2012, and as a Manager Operations at Mercantile Leasing Ltd from January 2006 to December 2007. Randhil began their career as an Audit Senior at EY from October 1998 to March 2000.

Randhil Siriwardena attended Trinity College, Kandy for their undergraduate degree. Randhil then became a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Randhil later returned to Trinity College Kandy to complete their education.
