Arron Rickson

Arron Rickson has a history of leadership roles in IT, ranging from being a Scrum Master to a Portfolio Manager. Currently, Arron serves as the Head of Applications and Engineering at People's Partnership, overseeing a team of 50+ developers, Dev Ops engineers, and support colleagues. Prior to this, Arron was a Technology Delivery Lead at RSA, working across various insurance products. With a background in companies like Capgemini, American Express, and Equiniti, Arron brings a wealth of experience in application development, Dev Ops, and application support to the table. A Patcham High School alumnus, Arron has demonstrated expertise in IT management and project delivery throughout their career.
