Nicky M. is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in product marketing and customer engagement. Currently serving as the Head of Product Marketing and Customer Engagement at People's Partnership since April 2015, Nicky leads a team of 15, focusing on developing product propositions and customer growth strategies. Previously, as Marketing Manager at Tropical Sky, Nicky was instrumental in creating multi-channel marketing campaigns that drove qualified leads and customer loyalty in the UK and Ireland. Additional roles include Marketing Manager at CSMA Club, where B2C marketing campaigns for business partners were managed, and a pivotal position at Collette, where Nicky established the UK marketing function. Early career achievements include enhancing brand identity and increasing sales at TUI UK and Panorama Holidays. Nicky holds a BA hons in Business Studies with Marketing from Brighton University.
