Richard Higginson

Richard Higginson is an experienced Reward Director currently serving at People's Partnership since March 2023 and holds a position as Freeman and Middle Warden at the Company of HR Professionals since March 2017. Richard has a diverse background in reward management, having previously worked as Head of Reward at Smart DCC, Interim Head of Reward at Low Carbon, and Head of Reward at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Richard's interim assignments showcase expertise in long-term incentive plans and bonus structures, as well as contract preparation for various notable organizations. Educationally, Richard acquired a BA (Hons) in Spanish and French from the University of London and attended Tonbridge School for A-levels in several languages and General Studies.
