Edward Lee Bell has extensive experience in counseling and mediation, currently serving as a Domestic Violence Counselor at People's Place II, Inc. since March 2004, where psycho-educational groups are facilitated for male domestic violence offenders using the Duluth curriculum. Additionally, Edward has been a Divorce and Parenting Plan Mediator at Olive Branch ReSolutions, Inc. since February 2003, assisting couples in developing binding agreements related to property and child custody while providing co-parenting education. Edward's background also includes roles as a Sports Official for the Delaware Interscholastic Athletic Association, a Master Family Service Specialist for the State of Delaware Department of Services for Children, Youth and Their Families, and a Juvenile Counselor for the State of Maryland Department of Juvenile Justice.
