Maria Bzibziak

Maria Bzibziak has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Maria currently holds the position of Vice President, Change Manager at PeoplesBank since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Whirlpool Corporation from 2016 to 2021, initially as a Change Manager and later as an Enterprise Change Management, Change Manager (Sr. Analyst). Maria also has experience at IBM/USFS as a Change and Release Manager, Defect/QA Manager, Project Manager/Relationship Manager, Project Manager, and Integration Test Lead. Additionally, they worked at BP as an Interface Architect, Consultant, Senior Application Analyst, and Contract Coordinator/Systems/Business Analyst. Maria's roles have involved various responsibilities related to change management, process improvement, project management, relationship management, testing, support, and technical analysis.

Maria Bzibziak obtained their Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from Purdue Global between 2020 and 2023. Maria also received additional certifications including an e-Diploma from Purdue University Global in May 2023, the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in November 2022, and an IT Fundamentals Micro-credential from Purdue University Global in March 2021. Maria also achieved various academic distinctions such as being on the Chancellor's List multiple times from August 2021 to December 2022 and on the Dean's List in April 2022. Maria additionally holds the FOUNDATIONS OF LEADERSHIP CERTIFICATE 1, obtained from The National Society of Leadership and Success.
