Matthew A. Clemens

Matthew Clemens, PCC, SPHR has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Matthew began their career at Drovers Bancshares Corporation in 1989, where they served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources until 2001. Subsequently, they joined PeoplesBank, A Codorus Valley Company in 2002 as Chief Administrative Officer, where they continue to excel in their role.

Matthew Clemens completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources at York College of Pennsylvania. Matthew then pursued further education at University of Colorado Boulder in the ABA Graduate School of Human Resources. Additionally, they attended the Executive Leadership Program at Cornell University. Matthew holds certifications including Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute.
