Anne Payment

Anne Payment, M.S. has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at PeopleScout since September 2021, where responsibilities include leading a team for high volume hiring for Sysco, achieving over 20,000 hires annually, and developing recruitment strategies. Previous roles include Senior Recruiting Consultant at Novo Group, Inc. and Director of Talent Acquisition at Hudson RPO, where Anne led teams for various clients, established performance goals, and implemented strategic recruitment programs. With additional experience in roles from recruiting supervisor to human resources manager across companies such as U.S. Cellular, Midwest Airlines, and Pearson Reid London House, Anne has effectively managed recruitment processes, developed talent pipelines, and reported on key metrics to leadership. Education includes a Master’s degree in Human Resources from National Louis University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from The University of Kansas.
