Kelley J Rushing, CMPE, is an experienced healthcare recruitment and management professional with a career spanning several decades. Currently a Senior Recruiter at PeopleScout since 2022, Kelley previously held significant leadership roles in various healthcare organizations, including Chief Business & Practice Development Officer at Henry County Medical Center (2019-2021) and Chief Executive Officer at both Caldwell Medical Center (2016-2017) and Ferguson Medical Group (2000-2015).
