Yury Goldaev is an experienced data analysis professional with a strong track record in reporting and forecasting across multiple industries. Currently serving as Reporting Lead at PeopleScout since June 2017, Yury manages a team that delivers data analysis for client delivery leaders and has created and streamlined reporting portfolios for 15 accounts. Previously, Yury held the role of Sr. Reporting Analyst at OpenText, focusing on improving key performance indicator reports for senior leadership, and as a Forecast Analyst at BlackBerry, where Yury contributed to regional subscriber forecasts and supported financial planning. Earlier roles included serving as a Senior Analyst at IDC Canada and a Research Analyst at IDC Europe GmbH, where Yury developed extensive forecasting models and collaborated internationally. Yury holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Tomsk State University and has completed additional certifications in public speaking and professional writing.
