Candice Kao

Candice Kao is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in legal and compliance roles across various industries. Currently serving as Team Leader at PeopleSearch since November 2016, Candice has successfully led the recruitment of senior positions, including a Legal & Compliance Manager for a multinational pharmaceutical company and VP roles in foreign bank compliance departments. Previously, as a Senior Consultant at Spring Professional, Candice managed recruitment for corporate banking and FCC/AML positions. Candice's earlier tenure at PeopleSearch included leadership and team management in legal recruitment, where numerous General Counsels and Chief Compliance Officers were placed. Prior to entering recruitment, Candice held the role of Senior Sales Manager at North America Intellectual Property Corporation, achieving significant sales revenue growth and recognition for top sales performance from 2004 to 2006. Candice holds a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese from National Taiwan University.
