Victoria Clayton

Victoria is a graduate of Bloomsburg University with a degree in Business Administration with a focus on human resource management, organizational behavior and employment discrimination. She eagerly became a member of the PeopleShare team in 2013 as a Recruiting Coordinator for the Pottstown branch.

Through her hard work and dedication, she was promoted to Risk Management Coordinator managing workers compensation and unemployment claims.

With her continued success and invaluable skill set, Victoria transitioned to the Corporate Training team in April 2019 where she assists with aligning company goals and developing branches.
