Sunil Vatave

Sunil Vatave has a long and distinguished career in the Human Resources (HR) industry. Sunil began their career in 1994 as Managing Partner at Vatave, Saltz & Nimoy, LLP. In 1998, they joined Xoriant Corporation as General Counsel, then Vice President of Human Resources, and eventually Vice President of Operations. In 2004, they became Vice President of Operations at People-Trak, where they helped design Version 8 of the software and was responsible for sales and marketing. In 2007, they were appointed President of TimeCentre. In 2009, they were Head of Broker and Employer Products at A.D.A.M., Inc., where they managed the Benergy employee communications, Online Benefits Enrollment, Advisor Tools and Agency Ware. In 2011, they co-founded PowWowHR, Inc., where they were Chief Product Officer and President. In 2015, they became Founder, Board Member and Product Advisor at Canopy Workforce Solutions. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Managing Director - Americas at PeopleSpheres.

Sunil Vatave obtained their MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Before that, they earned a BA in Economics from UC Irvine.
