Nihar Batra

Nihar Batra is an Associate Product Manager at PeopleStrong since April 2023, with previous experience as a Strategy Analyst at Mitti Ke Rang, where a roadmap for strategic implications was designed and implemented. Nihar has also served as a Research Intern on a sports documentary project at IIM Ranchi, focusing on the impact of lockdowns, and worked as a Data Analyst at Capgemini, developing strategic plans for business learning priorities across multiple units. Additional roles include coordination at the Marketing club of IIM Ranchi and experience as an Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where data analysis and profiling were key tasks. Nihar holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi, and a BTech in Computer Science from Krishna Institute of Engineering & Technology.
