Pip Youngman

Pip Youngman has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Pip is currently working as the Head of Market at PeopleStrong, where they oversee the company's mission to redesign "worklife" in Asia. Prior to this, Pip founded My Village Family, a mobile app that helps parents connect with their communities for childcare support. Pip was also the Founder and CEO of Pivot Software, a specialist remuneration and performance management software company. Throughout their career, Pip held various roles in the human resources field, including a managerial position at Westpac Banking Group NZ, where they focused on HR strategy and services.

Pip Youngman attended the Icehouse programme in 2016, where they studied Leadership and entrepreneurship. Prior to that, they attended the Mt Eliza Business School starting in 2000, focusing on Organizational Leadership. No degree names were provided for either educational experience.
