Vinay Agarwal

Vinay Agarwal has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry with a focus on roles related to management and leadership. Vinay is currently serving as the Associate Vice President of Technology at PeopleStrong, a position they started in February 2022. Prior to this, Vinay worked as the Director of Commercial Excellence at Axtria - Ingenious Insights from June 2020 to February 2022. Vinay also held the role of Senior Manager at Tavant Technologies from September 2014 to June 2020. Earlier in their career, Vinay worked as an Associate Consultant at Infogain from November 2010 to August 2014, and as a Technical Lead at Sopra Group from March 2005 to November 2010.
