David Huebner

David Huebner is currently serving as the Director of HR Modernization at the City and County of San Francisco. Prior to this role, Huebner founded Lalo Consulting, a consulting practice providing advisory services to mission-driven organizations. David is also a Principal at Crossroads Labs, offering software solutions for complex business problems. With a background in talent initiatives at organizations like Code for America and Google, Huebner focuses on data-driven approaches to improve hiring and employee retention. Huebner holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies from Harvard University and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School, as well as a Master of Arts in International/Global Studies from The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.
