Melanie Graff

Melanie Graff is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at VC, where Melanie works closely with Nat Friedman to hire for high priority roles in technology startups within the portfolio. Melanie has also recently joined Chief, a private network focused on empowering women executives. Prior to these roles, Melanie has held various positions in talent acquisition at companies like Pathlight, Iterable, Xamarin, Yammer, and Google. With a background in English from the University of Connecticut, Melanie has extensive experience in recruiting and executive search across multiple industries.
