Rhonda Jakub

Rhonda Jakub is an experienced advisor and talent development professional with a background in global talent management, organizational leadership, and diversity initiatives. At PeopleTech Partners, Rhonda serves as an advisor, while also contributing as a member at Knoetic | CPOHQ. Previously, Rhonda held multiple leadership roles at VidMob, including VP of Global Talent & Development and VP of Talent. Additionally, significant experience includes program management positions at Facebook, focusing on recruiting programs, operations, and diversity, as well as centralized research sourcing. Rhonda holds a Master's degree in Leadership and Organization from Teachers College, Columbia University, and has educational experience from the University of Maryland.
