Michael Kublin

Michael Kublin has extensive work experience in leadership development, coaching, and motivational speaking. Michael is currently the President and CEO of PeopleTek Coaching, where they have been since 1996. At PeopleTek, they specialize in creating successful leaders and provides strategies and tools for achieving desired results. Kublin is also an author and has written on leadership development.

Prior to their current role, Kublin worked for Wiley Publishing, Inc. as a certified distributor of Everything DiSC and 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team assessments. Michael used these tools as part of a comprehensive leadership program called Leadership Journey.

Before Wiley Publishing, Kublin served as a Director at American Express for over 16 years. In that role, they were responsible for all areas of information technology processes and support and also developed leadership teams. Kublin's early career includes a position at Electronic Data Systems, where they worked in various aspects of information technology operations centers. Michael gained experience in production control, program scheduling, problem management, and hardware and software support.

Michael Kublin has a strong educational background in business. Later, from 1984 to 1986, Michael attended Nova Southeastern University, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in General Business.
