Kevin Lowe

Kevin Lowe has extensive work experience in the legal field. From 1995 to 2018, they owned and operated their own law firm, Kevin Lowe, Attorney at Law. During this time, they held the role of Owner. In 2018, they transitioned to working for the Peoria County Government, where they served as the First Assistant in the Peoria County Public Defender's Office from March 2018 to March 2023. Following this role, they briefly served as the Interim Public Defender before being promoted to the Chief Public Defender position, starting in June 2023.

Kevin Lowe attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1988 to 1995, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in Economics and a Juris Doctor (JD) in Law.
