Tara Swanson-Pauw is the current Head of Brand & Innovation at PEP since February 2018. Previously, she worked as a Category Marketing Manager at Vital Health Foods from November 2014 to September 2017. Prior to that, Tara held various marketing positions at Parmalat SA (Pty) Ltd from February 2008 to October 2014, including Senior Brand Manager for Milk & Custard, Cheese, and Trainee Brand Manager. She holds a BComm Honours in Business Management and Marketing from Stellenbosch University.
