Hongling Han

Hongling Han is a seasoned professional in analytical chemistry with extensive experience in leadership roles across several biotech companies. Currently serving as Senior Director, Head of Analytical Development & QC at PepGen since September 2023, Hongling previously held the position of Senior Director of Analytical Chemistry at Mersana Therapeutics. From June 2017 to January 2023, Hongling contributed as Associate Director at Takeda, overseeing both analytical development and in-process analytics. Earlier career highlights include serving as Senior Scientist and Principal Scientist at Novartis from April 2009 to June 2017, managing a team of scientists and various analytical methodologies for biologics. Hongling's foundational expertise was developed at Purdue University, where a PhD in Analytical Chemistry was obtained, complemented by earlier degrees in Chemistry from the University of Maine and the University of Science and Technology of China.
