Anna Varga

Anna Varga is an HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management, currently affiliated with Pepita Group since January 2025. Prior to this role, Anna served as the Head of Human Resources at Bay Zoltán Kutatóintézet from May 2022 to February 2025, focusing on process development and HR strategy alignment with business objectives. Additional experience includes working as a Human Resources Specialist at Prohuman, where responsibilities involved recruitment strategies and employee onboarding, and as an organizational psychologist at the National Police Headquarters Call Center in Miskolc, overseeing workforce needs assessment and recruitment processes. Anna holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Eötvös Loránd University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Debrecen, along with additional training from the Hungarian Psychological Association.
