Masood Allie

Masood Allie is the current Group Company Secretary at Pepkor. Masood has previous experience as a Group Company Secretary at Oceana Group Limited from May 2009 to January 2011 and as the Group Legal & Regulatory Affairs Manager at Parmalat South Africa & Parmalat in Africa from January 2005 to April 2009.

Allie started their career as a project manager at Sabinet in July 2004 before moving on to become a claims handler at the Road Accident Fund in September 2002. Masood then returned to Pepkor Holdings Limited before taking on the role of attorney at Sohn Gordon Martins Attorneys in January 2002. Allie finally became a candidate attorney at Chennells Albertyn Attorneys in January 2001.

Masood Allie attended the Executive Leadership Programme at GIBS Business School, Gordon Institute of Business Science. Masood then went on to study at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business. After completing their studies at Duke, they returned to their home country of South Africa to study at the University of Cape Town and the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika.

They work with and Riaan Hanekom - Chief Financial Officer. Their manager is Leon Lourens, Chief Executive Officer.
