Cheryl Marriott is an HR leader passionate about leveraging technology and data to enhance employee experiences and drive organizational performance. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Pepper Advantage UK, Cheryl has over 15 years of experience in HR operations, systems, and data analytics, with a proven track record in optimizing HR processes and implementing technology across various organizations. Previously, Cheryl held roles such as Global HRIS Project Manager and Senior HR Manager at notable companies, including Menzies Aviation and Sumitomo Corporation Europe Limited. Cheryl earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Kingston University and has demonstrated expertise in leading innovative HR strategies that challenge the status quo.
